Timings

Each session is an agreed time frame of either 1 or 2 hours. If you need to change the length of the time of the party, if it is available the cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Party Payment

Payment for each party is to be made in advance.  Cash or bank transfer are the only forms of payment currently accepted.

Party cancellation policy

On cancellations once this is booked and confirmed in my diary, NO refund or transfer will be offered under any circumstances.   All cancellations will required to be paid in full.

I hope you can appreciate I will not beable to fill the date, this is why I am still obliged to charge for my time. 

Song Time Block Bookings Or School Holiday Party Tickets cancellation policy

NO cancellations, refund or transfer will be offered under any circumstances once the tickets have been purchased.  You can sell these on yourself but please do not share the QCODE on social media, only do this once  you have received payment.

If however I have to cancel an event for any unforeseen circumstances a FULL REFUND will be given.
